Cindy Keaveney
A visionary in the business of bridging human capital and business strategies, Cindy Keaveney started Keaveney Partners, LLC in 2014 to extend her passions for executive coaching and organizational consulting.
Throughout her career, Cindy held numerous leadership positions in business and human resources within four global companies, giving her a unique perspective on the intersection of talent and organizational success. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer for Randstad, overseeing its global businesses. Cindy was also the Executive Vice President of the Global Human Capital Consulting practice at Aon.
Cindy holds a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics and a certificate in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from the University of Pennsylvania. She also has a bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire. She completed several programs and certificates, including Aon's Global Executive Leadership Program at Northwestern University and the Human Resources Executive Development Program at Cornell University, and is a Certified Professional in Managing Workplace Conflict.
Cindy is a member of the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House Board of Directors, serving on the Executive Committee and as chair of the Human Resources Committee. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Pathway School, which teaches students who learn differently. Cindy also serves as an Advisory Board member to GlobalPros.ai, an emerging AI-generated talent platform.
